This Cookie Policy explains how Real Frame Sagl uses cookies and similar technologies on app.realframe.ch. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences across requests, such as keeping you signed in. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. We do not use local storage. We use session storage only to hand a newly created API key to the page that shows it to you once; it is removed when you confirm you have saved the key.

We use cookies strictly to operate and secure the Service. Concretely, we use them to:

• keep you authenticated as you move between pages of the dashboard;
• secure the password reset flow.

We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies. Because the cookies we set are strictly necessary, they do not require consent under Swiss and EU law. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will request your consent first.

Exact cookie names may vary as our providers update their software. The categories and purposes above remain accurate.

The cookies in the table above are set on app.realframe.ch by our authentication provider:

• Supabase provides the authentication cookies that keep your session active and secure.
• Stripe does not set cookies on app.realframe.ch. When you pay, you are redirected to Stripe's own checkout pages, where Stripe sets its own cookies under its privacy policy.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies, such as sb-<project-ref>-auth-token, will prevent you from signing in and using the dashboard. Guidance is available in your browser's help documentation.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology or the law. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the latest revision.
